By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Northern Ireland and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Sole Sister retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT within the EU. Prices quoted on solesisterfootwear.com do not include VAT or sales taxes outside of the EU. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Not all designs/products are available to purchase outside of the UK. Sole Sister will inform you if any part of your order falls into this category.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. Only One account discount code can be applied per transaction.
Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. Only one promotional discount code can be applied per transaction.
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Sole Sister want every customer to love their purchases, so if it is not as you hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase

-Customers are advised to bring a proof of purchase with them in returning in-store e.g receipts, order numbers, complimentary slips
-Postage will not be refunded
-Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
-Unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof
-Sole Sister has the right to refuse refunds on sale/clearance items, however exchange or credit notes can be offered at the discretion of Sole Sister.
-Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition in orignal packaging e.g box.
-The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway
-We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
-Sole Sister does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
-Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Sole Sister.
-Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
-Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
-Sole Sister does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
Customers may not be refunded if they:
-knew an item was faulty when they bought it
-damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
-no longer want an item (eg because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it
